Recently, my wife and I were looking to buy a home in Peachtree City GA.  We found a beautiful 32 year old home in a fabulous neighborhood that we both agreed would be ideal if the house was in good condition.

Our Realtor suggested we contact Clark Cummings of Choice

Home Inspection Services.  Mr. Cummings met us at the property and explained his inspection procedure and his charges. Approximately five and one-half hours later, Mr. Cummings presented us with a 25 page comprehensive  report complete

with color photographs showing areas of concern.  We made an

offer on the property and after a week of the usual back and forth that is customary in real estate transactions, we reached an agreement with the seller.  Mr. Cummings came back to the property to do a follow up inspection and then paid a surprise

visit on the walk-through inspection prior to closing just to make

certain that everything was in order.
